This was a busy year for us -- We marched in the Broomfield Days Parade and won a 1st Place trophy. We also performed with the Broomfield United Methodist Church in their production of "The King & I". We helped out with the Dance-a-thon and performed two times for the participants. We struted our stuff at "Dance Day" at the Westminster Mall. Some of us performed in the Children's Dance Theater production of "Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle". We entered our first competition, and took home a first place trophy in our division. Some of us helped out at the Community Center Easter Egg Hunt. We danced with the Broomfield Civic Choir and danced in the Wacky Wednesday presentation at the Broomfield Auditorium (and danced with the audience as well). Some of us were student-teachers, some of us were just plain students. We danced at the studio, at our schools; for our friends, neighbors and families. We sold pastries, make-up, and jewelry, and prepared for Dance Arts Studio Goes to Work! Some of us auditioned for other dance opportunities, and will be moving on. Those of us who are returning, and the new dancers that join the team will again be very busy ... and loving every minute of it!
